A modern colorful touch was added to this Irvine home which works with the community, while still setting it aside from it’s neighbors. The project includes cantilevered concrete entrance steps with LED tape lighting, a custom barbecue

with modern glass tile and concrete countertops, an ipe built-in custom dining table, built-in seating on an ipe wood deck surrounding a prefabricated fire pit.The interior courtyard features a modern ceramic water feature and concrete pavers which doubles as a basketball court.
